Universal Ready was created by and for disabled people.
Universal Ready was created out of nessecity, after being left behind too many times. All too often, emergency plans for schools, businesses, and other organizations fail to look at how their plans leave out people with disabilities. Whether the emergency route is filled with sets of stairs, or the fire alarms do not have working lights, people with disabilites are often an afterthought in the plans for evacuation and emergency scenarios. Our goal is ensure that practical and accesible plans are implemented to create access and safety for all.
